in a large bowl combine these ingredients thoroughly
1-1/2 cup of whole wheat macaroni shells,cooked and drained
1 can of cream mushroom soup
2 cups of frozen broccoli
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of imitation bacon bits
1 pinch of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoons of pepper
turn into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
